Indonesian advocate and legal professional based in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, with more than 13 years of experience in business and corporate law. Throughout my career, I have advised on corporate licensing, regulatory compliance, property development, and plantation operations. My experience includes drafting commercial agreements, supporting legal due diligence for a subsidiary sale valued at approximately IDR 1 trillion, and preparing a FIDIC agreement for a palm oil mill expansion. I have also assisted clients with trademark registration and intellectual property matters.

I hold a Bachelor of Law from Universitas Kristen Indonesia and a Master of Law specializing in criminal law from Universitas Sumatera Utara. I am a licensed advocate and hold a tax lawyer certification. My approach combines careful legal analysis with an understanding of commercial priorities, with a focus on providing clear advice and practical legal support.
